LEMON CRUNCH CANDY

20 oz. pkg of Loghouse brand white almond bark (Tom Thumb & Target have it)
2 6 oz. pkg.s of old-fashioned Lemon Drops (Hobby Lobby has)
Break up the bark into the “squares”. Melt in microwave safe bowl (With a handle makes it easier) for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 1 more minute, stir. Maybe another 30 sec. or so, depending on your microwave…just continue to stir til all lumps are gone.
Smash the lemon candy…(in a thick plastic bag…a wooden rolling pin…or flat skillet) Add most of the crushed candy to the melted bark and stir…Pour out onto a large wax paper lined cookie sheet…spread out as evenly as possible…sprinkle remaining crushed candies on top and press in gently.
Allow to set up…15-20 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces and ENJOY!
